Any opportunity to see Rachel Riley on your screens should be welcomed with open arms, especially if it is mixed with football.

The whole thing was embarassing and is clearly aimed at teenagers and children.

Don't even get me started on that pub show after the game.

Didnt watch it last night but it sounds very similair to the tv coverage of international tournamemts where we have to spend the 30 minutes before a game talking about England (the other home nations got in on the act this summer admitedly) even for games england arent playing in.

Crystal Palace have done well to sign Benteke and now Remy (on loan). Should get them plenty of goals and they could be dark horses this season?

Lol @ Hart going to Torino. Dude must hate Pep for ruining his career in such a short period of time.

Fair play to Hart going to Italy - everything about him grates on me but it'd have been so easy to accept third place at City/going to Sunderland but taking the challenge abroad is worthy of grudging respect. He should be a vast improvement on their current goalkeeper.

He'll learn a lot more there than rumbling around at teams like Sunderland or Everton.

Good luck to him I say.

Looks like this could be the year Stoke finally get relegated

Stoke are so far removed from the teams Pulis put together which in a way is a good thing but wonder whether Hughes has tilted the balance too far. Shawcross has had his injury issues, Butland is out long-term, and players like Arnautovic, Shaqiri, Bojan have failed to deliver consistently. It's looking like Hughes at QPR again...

Palace win and this could be the start of a winning run as Pardew tends to have one or the other, that is a long winning or losing run where he's talked up as an England manager or one on the verge of the sack including some odd celebrations on the touchline.

If you look at Hughes' track record he's always succeeded working with limited resources, and he's always flopped when he's had money to spend. Another defeat tonight, he must be on thin ice.

West Ham, and Bilic, under pressure at the moment. Whole atmosphere at the club doesn't seem to be in a good place. For the snobby attitude of the owners and getting the Olympic stadium, don't have much sympathy for them.

Crystal Palace are the funniest team in the premier league. They go on a run for like 2/3 months where they could easily make top 3 and then they go on a run where they should be in the championship.

^Pardew had those sort of extreme fluctuations from wins and losses for a period at Newcastle. When he's winning, like he is now, he's in the conversation as Big Sam's replacement (not that it will happen IMO) or if he's losing he's linked with the sack.
