It's 20:11, I want to phone up a University. Have I left it too late in the day?

Yes, DDE is still something. You should still get accepted into a uni.

    Ok, thanks.
I'm sure you can get a place somewhere, I went through clearing myself

I got a DDE; is that low enough that even in clearing I won't get accepted? I've been looking and all these universities have requirement grades of BBB or CCC, which even that is too high for mine.

Plus, even if I do get in they probably won't have any accomodation left.

And if I don't successfully do clearing and I try to reapply to University next year it won't make any difference because I'll still have the same rubbish DDE A-Levels.

    What do y'all think?
It depends on what you want to do because my sister got into Wolverhampton uni through clearing with DDE or DEE one of those grades

I would resit the year mate. I did it and yeah it was long at times but good because it made me realise what I really want and that I would work damn hard (not just academically) to get there. Helped me focus a bit more than the fresh 18 year olds who have no idea what they wanna do. Once your past December it will fly by
    This is 100% true

Probably, they're usually open until 7 during clearing time.
