    1 packet with lunch every day. But sometimes it will be some pringles from a tube etc. which means I probably have over the recommended 1 portion.

    None usually but I've had the flu for last four days so as I recover eaten Space Raiders, Salt & Vinegar Walkers crisps, Snaps, Monster Munch - yesterday had about 8 bags **** it

    Yh, I rarely eat crisps (sometimes pringles, tho!) so I put down 1. Nonetheless, a very good idea!
