    Usually 4-6 hours. Can be around 1 hour if I'm exhausted, but that's rare. I have to go to bed super early if I want to have a chance of getting up in the morning

    About 2 or 3 minutes unless I have a lot going on in real life. My secret is to watch vine compilations beforehand, have been doing so for for maybe 1-1.5 years now and it makes me feel sleepy (they are good though)
