    Faces-wise, I'm sure they could have come up with some better ideas than Winston Churchil. And the Queen's picture could use an update. :p: Don't see why not, since her profile on the coins has been changed over the years.

    Hate it. Winston churchill was a terrible man who is known for only his actions undertaken during WW2. The things that he has said and the actions he has taken borders him with hitler.

    They are remaking the £5, £10, and £20 and in that order due, in part, to size as the new £10 will be roughly the same size as the old £5 note. Additionally it's being done as this will save millions each year they reckon for the Royal mint and help combat fraudulent bank notes.
