Due to the nature of the branch you probably won't find out a lot more than that. What's available open source already is. Doing a station visit is your best bet to get more.

No it wasn't really the intention for the thread, the intention was more to create an up to date OASC information thread. Somewhere people can exchange ideas and experiences. For example, I haven't been able to go on an RJP, but I know how invaluable the information is that you get from these. So the lovely people in the comments above have been able to give me an insight as to what they learnt.
Information about being an ABM is just an extra really, just in case anyone is applying for the same branch
