To people who are saying they couldn't sleep with it if they took it during evening/afternoon
How bad was it ? did you actually stay up all night or was it just a few hours of rolling around in bed until you pass out ?

I was the opposite on it. I slept 20 hours a day, which was completely out of character, as I only usually sleep three hours a night
