How long will it REALISTICALLY take to transform from skinny-fat to bikini body?

17% body fat for a woman is fairly unrealistic and not necessarily desirable. I would concentrate on eating and exercising sensibly rather than obsessing about statistics.
Even regular walking/jogging/swimming/sit-ups will tone up your tum - it doesn't need to be complicated stuff at a gym. Try that for a few weeks and you will notice the difference - promise.
