Just put a jacket on over it and if its about them seeing you eat just eat at lunch and dinner with them and then do enough cardio to compensate so you stay in a calorie deficit. I know its not an ideal situation but you can still make it work
That's what I thought, to burn more calories than I consume but we have dinner at like 8 o'clock so I cant really exercise at night when I have work and stuff and then have a shower after a cardio workout will get me to 11 o'clock at night.
My BMI is nearly overweight but still normal, but the way I look physically is definitely much bigger than you expect, they're only conscious because they like fattening us up and all
