I'm not happy with how I look or who I am. Does anyone else feel like this?
Nope, but if it's any consolation, I generally feel ill/not comfortable in myself when exposed to EMR, which is ****ing ubiquitous in urban environments now

I feel inferior to everybody my age and i'm so ugly i'd wear a paper bag over my head if it was socially acceptable.

Telling someone who hates every single attribute in themself to "learn to love yourself" is like telling a blind man to see.

I know what you mean , It kinda is easier said than done than to just tell someone to love themselves, well thats why they're going to you for advice in the first place, because they can't which just brings them back to square one.

But comparing yourself to others is a bad path to go down, people might seem like they have it all on the outside, but you can never completely know what's going on in their lives. That super hot girl in your uni class could have an unwell parent, or an overly critical parent, so inside she has low self esteem, you just don't know (unless you get to know people and eventually find out).

One thing I learned is that deep down everyone has the same worries and insecurities as each other, it just depends how you handle it and how you portray yourself to the world. Smiling and having a general positive attitude can be way more attractive and imply confident and self security than being "10/10" lookswise.

Plus you seem to be focusing on your appearance, you must have some good qualities, maybe you can play a musical instrument, or you're arty, or you enjoy reading, or you're super smart, or you make people piss themselves laughing. Looks aren't everything.
