Oh and PMs - if I reply or forward a PM it loses the quote for the PM I'm replying/forwarding....so forwarding is a waste of time and replying to something long can be awkward because you can't see the PM you're replying to.

Oh yeah, we have got that noted from when you posted the other day.

There is another piece of work to make the blue header stick like on desktop however, so I wanted to see where that has got to before putting the link back as that will solve the problem?
    No. Please don't do this.

Either/or - I just want to be able to go back to my homepage when I've read to the end of a thread/page.

I imagine the forever-header might be a bit of a mixed blessing if you're working on a small screen...

I don't like the sound of that header idea. I really miss the old footer too.

You'd think, but then you have constant access to your notifications and the menu to hop around the site much more easily. And it doesn't really take up much space

Seconded literally every idea that has been suggested so far - they are all problems that I face when using TSR (excluding the subs one, as far as I know there would now be little benefit in subscribing anyway)

Don't like the header idea either for small screens, plus links being removed wasn't great.

I dont think there should be a quota on the amount of private saved messages you can have as its hard to get in contact with people until they delete their excess messages. U need to do this Edo123 kus otherwise i cant text ya lol

Just a thought, what if the header doesn't scroll visibly on mobile, but when you scroll back up it reappears rather than scrolling all the way back to the top of the page? Especially bearing in mind we will soon have infinite scroll, which moved the footer and top of the site potentially miles away from you.

This is a lot better of an idea I think.

That's a better idea. The header isn't needed all of the time but would take up a lot of space on a small screen

Have a more user friendly feature for smileys. Right now you have to open another page and look through for them.
Also, allow standard emojis as they turn into '???'

#1) Easier access to text formatting options. I need to go through a wide range of touch-strokes, to finally select my post to a font I want. If I'm quoting someone, then the ritual gets even cumbersome.

#2) Some pictures embedded by people here occupy way too much screen space (on the phone) and disrupts smooth scrolling. Would be great if those pictures can be compressed or hidden from plain sight.

#3) If you scroll right to the end, there used to be a "forums" link. I didn't see it a few days ago. Having that back there would be an improvement imo.

#) Mobile site is better than the full-desktop-site

Users' profile pages should be a mobile version and not the full version (uses a lot of data).
    This.

I had to download the app because even with a 4 GB monthly allowance the site was absolutely rinsing my data.

    > please get rid of the green box and the blue box which keep appearing (it keeps
refreshing the page which may be making the site a bit laggy on mobile

    > mobile tsr friendly emojis - its a struggle to place my thumbnover the smileys and get them
in the right place in the text especially if you have large thumbs and a smaller screen
also some iphone / android emojis aren't recognised and come up as ?'s in boxes

    > glitches are unfortunately the same / similar on mobile as they are online

    > creating a poll and threads are harder to create on the mobile version though this is probably due to a smaller sized screen

    > ads, watched threads, and trends can sometimes get in the way of typing

I was also going to suggest portrait mode which was more understandable (portrait mode on mobile can be a little confusing as some sub forums can be a little harder to find
