I agree, I'm sure I watched a programme once explaining about the positive effects that eating carrots have on eyesight.

not much will help and the carrots thing is an urban myth.

Well actually, carrots do provide a lot of Vit. A which is required to make some pigment/compound which helps rod cells detect lower light intensity- ie helps you see better in the dark :biggrin: (AS biology heh)
