    which is better economics or geography, i want to do medicine and my other options are bio/chem/math but i cant decide between geography or economics.

    depends if u really like geography and are good at it. They are both very highly regarded subjects and are on no blacklists so the choice is yours. I personally went with economics as i really couldnt be arsed to revise the many geography case studies

    The Undercover Economist is the better book, Levitt just wallows in statistics at the end of Freakonomics which is a turn off.

    Incidentally these are the books may teacher slipped to me just after my first economics lesson. They are good but if you had to buy one, make sure its the undercover economist.
