You look naturally great so there isn't much you should do, not many people have natural beauty.

Use green eyeliner or eyeshadow, it'll look great with your eyes.

Hair... try a sort of half up/half down style, with quite a few loose strands, pin it back with a hairclip... I don't know what prom dress you have but try something like a large butterfly clip... retro is still in fashion so it would work well.

I tried finding you some sites quickly but I'm in a rush so I hope I helped if at all
I don't think so, her eyes are blue

My eyes are blue and I use green eyeliner, the contrast really makes them stand out.

ah ha well im probably wrong but i wear a lot of greens and i have blue eyes and your probably all gonna insult me now but i never think my eyes look awful. its personal choice. green with purple looks lush too.

it really depends on if your the kinda person that wants something bold or something subtle and less obvious.

    You're really pretty
Ok, find a place near to you that specialises in body waxing etc. and get your eyebrows shaped. This gives you a good base and then all you have to do after that is pluck the stray hairs as they appear.

Your hair is gorgeous. Try having it in a sort of half-up/half-down style and wavy (not curly). Get a friend to help with this or go to the hairdressers. If you'd like photo suggestions, I'd be happy to send them to you.

Make up should be kept very natural. A light grey on your eyelids with some shimmery white eyeshadow below your brow. A bit of mascara to make your eyes seem even larger and a tiny bit of peach blusher.

My hair when curled falls out REALLY easily, so how would I have loose waves that don't fall out for the whole night?
    Thankkkkkkks!

Yup you should be having curly hair with curling tongs, maybe pin the sides up would also look quite nice. Nothing really wrong with your eyebrows, the shape is fine, perhaps just thin the ends off with some tweezers. I'd also say a soft fringe would look quite nice on you.

And make-up wise, the best way to make your blue eyes stand out would be browns and dark brown eyeliner, with lots of black mascara, they will look WOAH.

Try doing those sort of curl things where you curl one bit of hair that comes down in front of each ear, and have the rest straight or up.

don't mess with your eyebrows, i think they're fantastic!
i'd say keep the make up quite natural and try a little blush and a glossy peach/coral lip
experiment with some different eye shadows around the sockety bit(there's abetter name for that, i'm sure)- what colour is your dress?

    wavy hair? bit more volume?

Maybe it's just green eyeliner in general - I have brown eyes and they stand out when wearing it.

OP, maybe you could go for a hair consultation at your hairdressers? And book a make-over at some make-up counter (often free!) so you can see what suits you. I've not tried either of these...but loads of other people do so, so I assume they're good.

Lol it's not about giving head! Erm, in answer to some questions, my prom dress is black satin, I have black shoes, and a silver clutch. I am going on holiday beforehand also and I tan quite easily so I will probably be a bit darker than I am in the pic. If that helps! Thanks
Oh and I was also thinking of purchasing some extensions? Would they enhance wavy hair? Thanks for the opinions. x

Yes! Like that! Except without the maleness, black hair, glasses, religious orthodoxy, silly hat, pubic moustache, laughable background etc. I was thinking more like something I've seen on Kirsten Dunst a few times. But you were close. *pats*
