Because it's about LSE?

Although it may not be clear (although it could be presupposed), I think the OP is asking: "If you are in/got an offer for LSE, what GCSE grades did you get"

In answer to the original question, I got 3 A*s, and the rest As.

I wasn't blaming you :p: I just thought it was funny how many people didn't think the LSE forum was a clue!

How strong is 3 A1s, 6 A2s, and a B3 (for Higher Chinese) for a Singaporean? I've got AAB already for A levels.

Just emphasising that this is NOT for any university but for LSE and I will be apply for a course in Actuarial Science.

Thanks
I applied for BMS which very closely run with Actuarial Science and I'm pretty sure they have same admissions people.
My GCSEs were 3A* 4A 3B. I think the fact that my A*s were in mathematics and sciences, the subjects I carrie don to A level, helped.
Although I'm pretty sure my offer was based quite alot on the work experience I'd done. So seriously, do some relevant work experience asap.
Finally knock them dead with a killer Personal Statement and some good references (I was very pleased with mine as they weren't just "She is a very able student"...they showed a bit about my non-academic qualities as well as my academic ones).

Do you HAVE to get AAA at level?
I have a feeling I wont get an A in maths

but economics and government and politics I stand a chance.
Would they consider AAB if you did voluntary work, summer programmes etc?

Officially- Yes
Unofficially- You're probably buggered given the landslide of applicants with at least AAA or in some cases even more. They do like 'relevant' experience though, just have to try your luck I suppose...
