Fufu. Urgh. Also banku, which you're not supposed to chew because it tastes better if you don't. Both are gelatinous blob-things. Urgh. Urgh. Ghanaian food is fecking horrible. Apart from goat, which I actually liked.
Sounds like oysters. Ych a fi!

Fresh oysters are delicious. The ones you get in tins, smothered in sunflower oil, are disgusting.

I've tried ostrich too, which was quite nice.

And I think more supermarkets should stock guanabanas.

Blargh.
Blargh? Bloody delicious!

I really like ox tongue, which we have every month or so. :p:

I had loads of unusual foods...What you get for traveling around the world...and me being curious and daring so I try anything.

In Korea...I had Dogs...well korean meat dogs, they are quite dark once cooked, quite fatty also. Didnt like it much.

In China...I had Snakes which is quite nice with a chilli sorce although its rather bony. Also I tried Rabbit Heads, where you eat the brains...Not nice. Also Frogs legs, which tastes like chicken.

In Japan...I tried Whale meat absolutely delicious! But quite expensive.

In Hongkong they have a soup made from Shark fins...Again very very nice but ridiculously expensive.

I lived in Vietnam till I was 12 so I've had my fair share of weird food:

Pig brain, chicken brain, duck brain; pig kidney, chicken kidney; pig heart, chiken heart; pig liver, chicken liver; pigeon; intestines and stomach; chicken feet; rabbit [I'm not too sure about this one, I think my brain has decided to lead me to believe I didn't actually eat the bunnies]; snails [looking here this doesn't seem to be too unsual]
+ a lot of other weird stuff I can't recall or don't know the name ^^ My grandmother used to eat ox tail and pig+cow tongue/ear but I couldn't stomach that. Over there they also make duck's blood into this thick jelly-soup thing ;yikes;

Rock oysters are delicious. One time I had some weird oyster they didn't look as oystery, more like a big blob and they were manky. My mom said they were out of season oyster haha

I only tried oysters once - what a disaster. Slimy like a slug, taste like seawater.

They're one of only two foods that I'll never eat again. The other being cucumber.
