ON 100% whey is excellent! Generic Whey:

-low fat
-low carbs
-bcaa's
-glutamine
-high protein content and good blend of proteins

i currently use the vanilla flavour and its very good.

the price diference isnt too big - go for it!

agreed. Whey is Whey. There is no difference despite what Maximuscle will tell you about a 2% higher bioavailabilty. And the stuff they normally list is across all whey as above.

My blender has a mark at 8 ounces so I just pour milk up to there and use one scoop of powder .
I think we must have the same blender :p:

6-8fl oz = 200ml

CTurbinado ??

and yes, whey is whey but not all made the same, or same stuff added to the product you buy

as a percentage ON has more whey (79% compared to 70% for most)

and it's more finer, so u can mix it minus a shaker bottle and it's not clumpy

I'm happier to pay the marginally higher price since I am drinking this stuff a lot, and I'd rather drink something more pleasing and pay the premium so to speak.

I just got 2 x 10lb sacks =]

I put them into empty 2lb containers I have

I don't think MP is as low as 70%. If it were I would have heard about it, and then told everyone. I'm fairly sure MP whey hovers around 77-79%. Someone who actually likes the site can probably confirm. BSD whey is around 82%, and if I'm lucky I'll get more accidentally positive negs for bringing them up. After all, it's not like competition benefits the consumer or anything.

Nobody's interested because the only people who don't understand this simple fact are incapable of reading your essay. I can't believe you even had the patience to write an essay on it.

All whey protein has what you listed
depends on the whey.

most of the bulkwhey have more CH and Fat.
Some do have BCAA, but some of them do not have glutamine.
ON has 3 different types of protein, most of MP's only have 2. (BSN Syntha-6 has 6!)
ON has 80% protein, not sure how much bulk has.

If you buy anything below £100 pounds from a bulk supplier you have to pay for shipping and transport, which doesnt happern with branded products.

I had a tub of optimum whey, its pretty good.

It doesnt mix well at all, its reallllly thick so pretty sickening. But works well whilst training.
