In the beginning, most of the time when someone starts dieting, the weight will come off fast - most of it as someone said not being anything really 'substatial' as such. Things slow down then and every 1lb becomes a slog!

Not forgetting that your scales could be off of course if they're just home ones.

Anyway... the only one who can really answer "am I losing too much too quick?" is you. Have you eaten? Have you made sure to eat what your body requires? Obviously if the answer is "no" to these then no, of course it's not good for you.

    Me too.

As long as the balls don't touch, it isn't gay.

Anyhow, I think the whole appeal of the photo is related to the fact that she's naked. That is all.

To be honest, 11lbs in two weeks is definitely cause for concern. All health specialists would recommend a loss of 1-2lbs a week, for it to be healthy and permanent. You may find that as soon as you stop 'fad dieting' (which is what you're doing to be losing that quickly) you are more likely to put it back on again (and more) than if you lost it slowly and healthy at 1-2lbs a week.

I'd be worried you're not doing it healthily tbh.

Oh come on now - these are sad, desperate men, couldn't you just let them cling to their delusions? They have so little to live for as it is... :p:

Anyway, 11 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot, especially when you're clearly not overweight to begin with. It's certainly not a sustainable level of weight loss, and even though you just wanted to drop a little weight and then stop, it probably hasn't come off in the best way.

Well, if you are eating less food, you should make sure to drink more water to compensate. Do you feel dehydrated/more tired etc?
