    I think it's great stuff. It's helpful for memory, and it also helps to prevent cognitive decline over time if taken as you age. Ginkgo biloba is also packed with many antioxidants, so it's good for that as well. I always get my supplements online. I've found that I can get much better prices that way. I just order everything I need a few months (that way I save on shipping). The site I found is in America, but ships internationally (seacaostvitamins.com).
