    im 13 miles from uni and not really near train stations and the busses go the opposite way to where i want to go lol!

    its easier to get the car, specially as i dont live in.....

    in fact - i couldnt live without my car now - thats how much i rely onit lol!

    When I go to university I plan on bringing my car with me, it's just so convenient. Although, i'll have to pass my test first (dun dun DUN).

    it depends whether the uni will let you take your car.

    at Loughborough in the first year (i know its a campus uni and you're on about a city uni), freshers are not allowed their cars.
    However for subsequent years you can apply for a permit.

    I was lost without my car in the first year.
