Where have you seen him depicted as being Blonde?
I haven't.
In fact, he is also portrayed as having brown eyes...

Where did you get this idea from??

Fail.

He's not always depicted like that.

Is your intention to show some sort of racism, within historical art?

Show me at least 20 pictures which depict him as blonde, to support your "always" blonde theory. The closest to blonde he may ever have been depicted as is a lighter brown.

I always wondered this, how bad would his sunburn be if he lived where the bible says?, and he would be surrounded by darker skinned people.

He really isn't. He can be shown as black and even East Asian in some depictions.

It's extremely unlikely wasn't any of the above, but he most probably wasn't white with blonde hair and blue eyes either....

It's a lot easier to relate to a 'Messiah' with some similarities to your own identity..

Because Jesus was a white man from Oxford

[/comedy reference]

And he's not always depicted like that. There used to be a huge painting in my R.E. classroom at school where he was almost African, and I've seen many where he was depicted with Middle Eastern physical characteristics. I'm guessing in most paintings throughout history the artist had to work from a model, and had to meet people's expectations of what they expected him to look like?

He is depicted to fit in with people's cultural and ethnic backgrounds. In Britain, he is white. In some parts of Africa they depict him a lot blacker than he could have been.

The majority of Arabs are paled skinned with dark hair. I think it just shows how white is always been made to appear superior to other races.
