    Oh gawh, I played it last Wednesday after like a year and I loved it . Scored around 3-4 rounders for the team :cool:. I'm disgracefully crap at fielding, though. :sad:I can't throw a ball properly to save my life. Whenever I tried to throw the ball, it usually ended going vertically high up instead of horizontally to the aimed person. So embarrassing....

    The viens in your sig are awful, how are they an achievement. The muscle mass/definition etc fair play to you but the veins are pretty bad.

    They look perfectly good to me.

    My goal's to get down to 160lbs by Oct 1st.

    Started 210 in March, now at 189. Been plagued my misfortune which has kinda hindered progress but I'm going to fight on and get there. Had to have an operation which took me out for a month, went away to Kos for a week.. Drank too much first night.. Fell off a table.. Did my arm in, lost another 2 weeks training due to that.

    Started again on Wednesday though, so hopefully clean straight to Oct 1st now. 2.23lbs a week or so and I'll be golden.

    Good luck with that!! I'm running the London 10K a week on Sunday, I can do 5k in about 17-19 Mins, but cant keep that up for twice the time, such a lazy trainer...

    Anyway my goals is to look like Cam Gigandet off of Never Back Down, I have low low low low bodyfat, lower then 10% for sure, maybe lower then 5%?
