    On a side note, what is up with number 6, picture 1's penis? Does he have something stored down there (like say, an iron...) or is that supposed to be real?

    I am bothered about body fat % but obviously not muscles in the slightest. I would like someone to make a thread like this geared towards females.

    Nice work mate, that's quite interesting. My own body fat is a bit higher than I would like at the moment, I'm going to start working on HIIT today to help try and cut it down.

    hmmm I could, but TBH the methods don't really change and what I did isn't what I'd suggest to someone

    purely because a lot of times I had to "make do" and it's a lot of trail and error, so I'm more aware of what to do to make changes now VS then
