    GRAPH QUESTION
    Least reactive was C
    Group 3 was D
The one with 4 covalent bonds was A
And the one with 5p electrons in the outer shell was B

    Im pretty sure lol

least reactive must have been A as it required the most energy to remove its outer electron???? surely

No it was um 1kg of sol. contained 0.1 moles of calcium +2 ions
and they told you to use the relative atomic mass of 40

and you you amount= mass*m.m and rearrange to get the mass of 4g
then 4g/1000 then multiply by 10^6 which gives you 4000 ppm

any1 has the solutions? Because I found this exam quite easy, so I think I should get an A but I want to make sure

On the graph im sure the highest peak was at C it was above 2000! A was the lowest peak

And in the 4000 ppm question if you work it out backwards to check your answer you would get 4g in 1000kg... so i think the answers 4000ppm

Highest peak showed most energy to remove so no, highest peak and therefore least reactive was C.

ohh noooo!! srry to jonathan3909 !!! you both are right now i do remember i did find the moles right but instead of dividing it by 1000 000 ...i did it by 1000 ..i guess i was tensed up ...so what would the examiners give me 0/2 or 1/2 ?? thnks have no more to ask whats done is done

your meant to divide it by a 1000 then multiply by 1000000?

sorry i remember doing the answer for the highest peak yeh, just for some reason thought A was the highest peak but it must have been C...
