Now who is in Singapore at the moment?
I'm going over soon.
What would you all recommend to do? Is NUS campus worth a visit?
I'll be there for a month so I will have plenty of time to explore the city.

Woah this thread is dead. Guys I heard that in Singapore, you can get fined for quite an amount of things. What are your guys thoughts on that? Like how does it compare to ze UK??

Would appreciate any thoughts/advice.

Would it be a good idea for a student who did not do English Literature at all for the 'O' levels to take on H2 English Literature at the 'A' levels?

A little context: I (only) got a B3 for English at the 'O' levels :'(

I think it's perfectly alright, the two can be pretty different anyway. In fact, I had friends with absolutely no literature background take on Lit at the A levels and they did splendidly.

Something you might want to consider, however, is whether this is something that might lead you into a university course of your choice. Science subjects (particularly) chemistry, tend to be better at keep doors open. There's quite a bit of info here actually http://trestle-advisors.com
