Excuse my ignorance, what league do they play in?

    Good luck for the season!
Ryman Premier League, the regional divisions below the Conference North and South. No ignorance noticed either!

Performance of the weekend came from Swindon, who did really well to come from behind to batter Bradford. Likewise, MK Dons have taken to life in the second tier like a duck to water. Carl Baker is a great presence in midfield for them.

I wouldn't read too much into the Dons victory, I fully expect Rotherham to be the league's whipping boys this season.

I agree on the first point, and the bookies actually had us marginal favourites to win over Rotherham.

As a Blades fan who grew up in Chesterfield, this is possibly the most disgusting tie I've ever seen

Substitutes CB for CB in the 80th minute. Said CB scores a last minute winner. Nigel Adkins, tactical genius.

Great few days for MK Dons! 0-1 down until the 89th minute, 2 late goals to win it 2-1 in added time. :woo:

Burton upset Bolton at the Macron. Great result for the third tier side, who will undoubtedly hope for a home time against one of the big boys - Everton, Newcastle - in the next round.

Turning away from the League Cup for a moment and its two wins out of two for the boys in Pink and Blue!

The Hamlet took out Merstham in this midweek game 2-0 away from home, with Scannell picking up his third goal lf the season. A decent crowd of 321 as well for an out of London non league fixture. Dropped to second in the table via goal difference, however we are yet to concede. Two good performances so far, and fan morale is on the rise.

On the bottom end sadly is to see our good friends Kingstonian (the rightful owners of the ground which AFC Wimbledon share) are dead last in the league.

    Still early days!
