It's not overweight but I'm only 5ft and I've always been light so I'm not used to seeing higher numbers:sad:

Had a look at your BMI. You're a healthy weight it would seem (albeit lighter end of normal). Though initially 7.5 stone does sound quite light (when I compare to my weight).

    :cry2:

    Before Ramadan:

    Age: 16
    Height: 5ft7
    Weight: 8stones
    Breast size: 32 full D
    Size: 8

    Now:

    Age: 16
    Height: 5ft7
    Weight: 7stones
    Breast size: 32 full D
    Size: 6/8
    (i've got big hips)

Trying to put that weight back on, but i don't lose/gain weight easily. This has been the 1st time I've lost weight. Usually i'd eat anything and never put weight on. Or i'd eat very little and never lose weight.

Don't worry about it! Ramadan seems really tough going and it's not surprising you lost weight! There are plenty of things you can do to get back to a healthier weight what is your BMI?

    Weight- 49kg (107.8lbs)
    Height- 5' 2" (157cm)
    Bra size- 30bloodysmall
Dress size- 6/8 because no boobs:sexface:
Wide hips and fatter legs, so 8 for trousers/underwear etc.

    Why's everyone so underweight

I'm 16, 5 ft 8 and last time I weighed myself I was 8 st 9. I usually weigh between 8 st 9 and 9 st, my weight fluctuates a bit I'm a size 10 though often an 8 in tops since different shops seem to have varying opinions on the difference between size 8 and 10 :hmpf:

If you were fat your upper body wouldn't look thin.

It's normal for your lower body to be bigger, especially for women.

If you're worried just do some exercise. Worse case scenario you got a bit of extra fat. By today's standards you will still be thin. If I weighed that I think I would be dead

A quick Google reveals 7 - 9 stone for 5ft women is normal. :yy:

8st for 5ft 2 is quite chunky for me, so google's being quite generous. Although it depends on where the weight is distributed because girls the same weight as me look skinny since their fat has conveniently gone to le breasts and mine hasn't :sigh:

Women and weight is a mine field I hope to never have to cross.
