Any grade boundary predictions?

I'm going:

B2: 44 A*, 38 A, 32 B
B3: 46 A*, 40 A, 36 B
C2: 46 A*, 40 A, 35 B
C3: 47 A*, 38 A, 30 B

Firstly, could the reason for the government wanting to have more Hydrogen power plants, that it could be good for the economy if we are leading producers in the industry.. And they would support it because they are maintaining the supply of fossil fuels/preparing for a new source in the future?

Also, was it Heat or Electrical energy that is produced from Hydrogen and Oxygen? I know the fuel cell makes electricity but I thought the reaction just made thermal energy? Idk!

Overall, the exam was quite easy. I reckon A* will be at about 52 Marks for C3 and about 49 Marks for C2..
ANYONE KNOW?

You guys last year c2 and c3 a* was 44/60 so the grade boundaries don't shift around that much so it's about there

I think last years C3 paper was easier and you guys are forgetting the rest of the country not everyone would have found it as easy as we have so it's safe to assume the grade boundaries will be under 50 most likely 44/45 for an A*

How did everyone find the test? Personally, I found C2 really easy! C3 was quite hard near the start- made a few educated guesses eg. on the "why is silver used in water filters" etc...

It was to discourage the growth of microbes right :erm:?

I remember my teacher saying something about it but wasn't really paying attention, lol

I seemed to be the only one at my school that found C2 really hard and C3 stupidly easy! Is there anyone else in my position?

I got 2 tonnes which I think was the right answer I did 1.2 tonnes/24 then x the answer by 40 giving 2 but a lot of people had put 3.6 and 1.6 at school to so I still don't know but gl hope you've done well

Acid = Alkali
Concentration1 x volume1 = concentration2 x volume2
Substitute into the formula.
Concentration1 x 25 = x
Carry over the x from the Alkali side, making it a division.
25 / x = ANS.
I made the same mistake(got o.17)we put the worng concentration and volume together, silly mistake, but just to let everyone know u need ur awnser to be to 2dp to get fulll marks as every other result was to 2dp

Decimal points don't matter haha, its the skill of actually getting the correct answer which is 0.2288, 0.2 or 0.229.
