Definitely been bombed, I saw a video from inside the parliament. The parliamentarians were making speeches, clapping each other and cheering Erdogan and then a bomb hit, stuff started falling from the ceiling and they all freaked out

I'm unaware of any statements having been made by the coup leaders since they announced a Peace Council to be formed under Kemalist principles

About 30 soldiers did. A small part of the overall coup forces.

But there are gun battles and bombings right now in Ankara as different forces fight for control of the capital. Much more important than what's happening in Istanbul
