Homemade bread is awesome! Its very easy btw, though I hate or rather dislike bread makers, its just isn't the same. I prefer to properly knead my dough with my own hands and proof it well then knock it back etc. But then that's just me

Happy birthday from me buddy. I'll be part of the 21 crew in 3 months.

Anyway evening all. Exceptionally unhealthy day, had mcdonalds for lunch and ordered way more food than i should have, and to top it off was given a free chocolate muffin for having to wait.

So in total today i have eaten:

Cheeseburger
Potato wedges
Big mac
Chocolate muffin
2 bags of crisps
Walnut whip

And i haven't even eaten my tea yet!

Oh dear lord that's my food nightmare!
Go burn it off with a game of Badminton hahaha!
