    Hmm not ripped per se, just thin yet semi-muscley

    Need more muscle, if a person with normal body fat had my muscle then you wouldn't notice anything :laugh:

    My gym has this machine that sends electrical pulses through your body and measure your bf from it (as well as things like posture, muscle mass per limb etc), it's pretty sweet

    BMI is 18.6, according to one website .1 over me falling into the underweight category :rolleyes:

    I'm not stick thin though, I would say I hardly have any excess fat on my body as I go to the gym 5 times a week. It's just the calories that I need to up, which is pretty hard while fasting haha.
