Does anyone have a list of the banks that require cover letters? I think I have seen one previously, but I cannot seem to find it again.
    - BAML
    - GS
    - UBS
    - DB
    - Barc
    - BNPP (just questions and CV, no interview)
    - JPM

Awesome, thank you mate. Btw, add Lazard to that list. They have a few questions you should answer in a motivational letter as well.

Haha it's alright. I hope GS requires a cover letter, I don't see why a bank that is so focused on the motivational part would not have this as a requirement.

There isn't a cover letter as such, just a 300 word motivation question.

Is it ok to start an application and finish it later (in a few weeks time) or should it be done ASAP? Also does anyone happen to have a list of banks, tests used and their test providers?
