My journal and pen. In my journal I put anything in it that makes me happy, particularly quotes, every time someone says or does something I find myself resonating deeply with I draw it or write it down. I distinctively remember one of those 'cool' guys admit he developed feelings for this girl, he said, 'am I a robot? Of course, I liked her, how could you not?'. Those words out of his mouth was so shocking to say the least, it was comforting that despite what people may appear to be or act like, doesn't reflect what they feel or who they are, in the sense of in school people acting or trying to be cool. Back to my journal, I put my favourite quotes from movies and as I read a bok I make a note of what I like, currently my quote of the month is 'where there is life, there is hope'. As we grow up and live life we become used to a routine and lose perspective, who we are, why we are doing what we are doing and my journal helps me stay grounded. Anyone confused, lost or upset, reflect and a journal might help you rethink and see things in a new way. You'd surprise yourself. So I should be studying but my procrastination game is so strong I procrastinate about sleeping, but I'm so journaling some of these idea.

    Stay Joyful guys x
