So did I. Her friendly approach appears now to have just been a disguise.
IAS was a bit too friendly.

I wouldn't say that; as far as I know, the IAS suspicion came up one or two days ago. Do you have any proof you knew it that sooner?
I admit I suspected sooner but I assumed that the checks would have been done and that they must have come out clean. I won't be making that mistake again.

I never had a problem with IAS being unfriendly.
I've dealt with it... He's really not plesent when he wants to be.

I suspected straight away but after the clean dupe check I left it.

I was taken in by Whiggy. Guess I'll have to go back to thinking that new people are dupes unless proven otherwise...
When have you stopped being cynical?

Just read an interesting paper on the polling discrepancy between phone and online polls. Unsurprisingly the conclusion is that it's near impossible to tell why it exists, best bet would be too many graduates in phone polls, but with no real certainty.

A couple of us suspected it in the past but for me it was only confirmed when I saw her photos.

Yeah, the photos are rather unfortunate.

Cheers, but my little birdies have so far been quite good at providing the data without the unnecessary noise.

Barely been Prime Minister for 10 minutes and already we've got MI5 spying on MPs. :ninja:

Remain of course, in terms of overrepresented grads

I'd have thought Remain would do better on the online polls - due to the demographics.

Obviously the general conclusion was god knows what's going on. The one solace I take from it is they show leave gaining in the phone polls

Imagine how great brexit will be combined with a trump presidency.

I think the best way to gauge the aggregation of polling is to look at bookies.

Which are also fallible, was it not the bookies that suggested only a 0.5% chance of a Tory majority last year?

I hate to break it to you, but 0.5 > 0

It also means "yeah, this isn't happening"

There are only three sorts of people who would bet on that: those with insider info; the crazy; and those putting money on for the hell of it.
