    It changes every year. It depends on how difficult the paper was in each year and how the candidates performed. It can be an ultra difficult paper, but if the candidates performed well the boundaries will be high (and vice versa). It's literally impossible to predict, though Latin has, historically, been low.

    But how do you know it has been low? Do you have any examples?

    you have to get 90 overall and 90 on a2 papers
