Just seen the news that 'Tata Steel has sold its Long Products Europe business, including its Scunthorpe plant, to investment firm Greybull Capital for a token £1'.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Jezza finally found his tax returns and published them, having been fined £100 for a late filing.

Apparently there is significant offshore income too

Theres a chance in everything .... But i doubt it very much ... as much as i want him as PM he would'nt win the leadership .... nobody wants him in charge ... i suspect it will be Boris or May
May hasn't got a hope in hell. I think Gove would be good, i like fox but i worry about his electability. Osbourne would be a safe option though i dont like him very much, Boris would be alright for the short term. Id quite like someone like heidi allen or steven mcpartland to stand in future, though they dont have the publicity yet. May would be a disaster for the tories and would give Corbyn the best chance possible of becoming PM

Gove wouldn't be electable, he doesn't look or sound the part (not that Blair did) and is awfully unpopular

There really isnt anyone as good as cameron, but one nation rhetoric sells so gove in a position of tory leader might grow in popularity. I doubt it somewhat but nevertheless i do quite like him and largely supported what he was doing as education secretary even if the geberal public thought otherwise. Without another blair or cameron though i do worry. Boris does have some charisma but hes a joke, and as a londoner i cant tell you one thing that hes actually done.

The tories arent really in a great position and i think that we might be better off just playing safe with boris or george, even if id prefer fox or gove.

I was speaking to a colleague of mine today who is very very right wing, he called me a "champagne socialist" I replied "Never liked champagne much, and I'm not a fan of centralised wealth so I'm more of a cocaine corporatist".
