Anyone know Barclays SW process for this cycle. I understand there's a first round, is the final round a tel phone interview or an AC as with previous years?
According to Barclays online application platform, it should be an interview. HR rep also confirmed this at an SEO event.

Have you got a first round interview coming up?

    How was MS first round?
Exciting, to say the least. There was a few standard competencies but then the Associate who interviewed me just took his own direction after that.

Someone else I spoke to said they got basically all competency questions - do you think it depends on uni subject?

Depends on interviewer and what your interviewer wants to do

Invite to what sounds like a mini AC in London.

Yeah, also the interviewer was very interested in my responses and asked/commented on them. Most enjoyable interview I've had yet, best of luck!

    Can't multi-quote
But TO REPEAT, nobody (or at least, that's what I've been told repeatedly by those in markets and I know for a fact that the top people didn't) in this year's DB markets spring week class converted

What you're asking isn't really possible:

    A) Nobody could have done them all (even if they did, they wouldn't necessarily know who actually converted from their class)
    B) it changes widely every year; every spring week class is small enough (with perhaps the exception of GS and maybe barcs and MS) that they could convert everyone from spring to summer so, even if they have general guidelines the quality of the class will make a difference and then if course it changes due to business needs.
