 you can get rich and live comfortably without an education anyway so you're fine.

If I didn't have an education, I'd probably go into designing products tbh
True, but I still would like one. Most of the jobs I'm going after essentially require over the top level grades anyway.

Without an education, I'd go into developing algorithms for my own trading. :awesome:

Aah, what kind of "OTT level grades"?

    :awesome:

Actually, I'd go into show business :teehee:

Depends on what firms you want to work for of course. For Quant-level jobs, the more well-known firms expect a PhD from a top Ivy/Oxbridge (no less), firsts in Maths, etc. I believe Renaissance have a particular liking for people participating in the International Math Olympiad (not that this is confirmed. Most firms are extremely secretive about what they expect rather than the publically known minimums)...

I'm probably not going after THOSE ones of course. I think I've decided Quantitative Trading will be more suited to the way I'd like to work rather than a pure Quant. Although, Justinawe might go after a job as a Quant...

Just go 'my hamster died and I'm really sad and I never got to see my dad because he left when I was two to go and fight in Belgium' or something and you're guaranteed to get to boot camp at least.
