I wonder if this thread is going to do an all nighter...
If people here are anything like me, this thread just might.

Guys this is a serious question - for my RE exam, i ran out of quotations and used quotations from some questionable movies (I was desperate...) - do examiners check quotes online?
Who doesn't make up quotes, don't worry about it. They won't search the torah about one quote, they haven't got the time as they're paid by each paper they mark.

Good luck to everyone recieving their results tomorrow, I hope you achieve the grades that you worked hard for. GCSEs are never the end. If what you achieve disappoints you, don't let the results hold you back but instead use it as motivation to achieve even better at college/sixth form.

Grade boundaries may seem daunting at first, but you may end up doing much better than you think. Our mind has a way of thinking up the worst case scenario subconsciously although the actual results contrast that.

Also remember when you worry, you are not alone. There are many people that have the same and different personal goals to you. I believe if you have put all you can into subjects, you will be rewarded in one way or another.

Anyway, I'm off, good luck again

In perspective, just think... I worked my but off this year in GCSE with my room covered with revision stuff.

"It's not about the grade on paper,
It is entirely about the journey and experience gained."

I know this may sound super corny... but honestly, I know I did my best. So have you guys.
This is coming from a guy who was predicted all C grades in all my subjects yet has gone from set 3 to Set 1 in a year in hopes
    of achieving A*'s A's and B's.

So there is no need to panic now. Be brave and Smash your targets (not as in destroy them and cry in a corner lol ^-^)

I've only slept for 3hours and I'm probably going to be up For a while

The only reason I'm annoyed and nervous is because I Could've done much more revision, could've done so much better, that's why I'd be annoyed iff I don't get what I want. And I've learnt my lesson, already started revising for a-lebels Including fm but if I don't get am A* in maths then I wasted like a week of my holidays

Good luck to everyone getting results. Remember the results do not define you or your future, it's what you do with your future that makes you and GCSE'S are only a stepping stone to where you need to get to! Spread the love!

I just want to make people proud. I want to show people it's possible to get good grades despite bad attendance. I want my year five teacher who told me that a girl like me will get nowhere to eat his words. I want an A.

I'm definitely going to be up for most of the night. I have been up till 2am the past few nights, last night I was up till 4am, just worrying to I have no idea if I'll sleep tonight.

I just want to be happy with my grades, and make my family proud, and of course get into the sixth form I wish to go to!
    Good luck everyone

Good luck everyone! It's been such a long and emotional day and I'm extremely nervous but we'll get through it. We have to just remember we tried our best and worked really hard, and that's all we can do! What's done is done!

I'm still on the verge of tears though...
