I know some public sector workers who would never vote Tory regardless of what was good for the country!
Surely not because voting conservative IS 'bad' for the country?

I'm also bored of this 'I know some people' tripe.

Correction. You know some public sector 'workers'

The public sector isn't a exactly a model of industriousness.
What a ludicrous generalisation that is.

Would you please stop carping on! You have no idea what you're on about with these ill judged explanations of the political spectrum.
    +1.

Like I alluded to in an earlier post, the collectivists on here don't take kindly to been told that they are of the same species as the fascists they hate so much.

What upsets me is when the media, mainly the left wing mouthpiece The BBguardian, refer to EDL/BNP are far right. Which is the polar opposite of the truth. Hence why people seem to assume that UKIP are racists, when they are not. Labour are much more racist than UKIP. Diane Abbott makes plenty of distasteful slurs for example, another product of an Oxbridge education I might add as well.

Did you have a point to make, or where you just going to lower the tone of the debate by not really saying anything at all?

Oh please stop I'm in tears how ridiculous this statement is can't be overstated, Labour haven't recruited from the remnants of the BNP and EDL.

    Generalisation yes.

    Ludicrous, No.

The UK public sector is bloated, and fuels the state of dependency. I dont think it is unfair to state that the UK public sector is need in for reform and large downsizing.

    I think you misunderstand me.

I fully accept that there are some extremely capable and hardworking people in the public sector. But I believe the way it operates causes them to work in an inefficient and unproductive manner which results in gross overspend and a 'non-job' culture that provides little of the way in value but cost lots in terms of £'s.

It's not necessarily their fault we're all to blame. But I think we need to come to terms with the idea that the public sector is in need of some serious reform. We cannot keep dodging it because it's the 'nice' politically correct thing to do. That thinking will result in state bankruptcy.

    It's a succinct point.

It was made in response to a ridiculous statement that has somehow evaded your vitriol?

You just implied that nurses are not lazy in response to chefs point. Which is stupid, because simply focusing one part of the issue does not address the broader point been made.

You have lowered the tone of the debate with one of your many fallacies that you like to use so regularly.

The irony is Thatcher left Britain with a stronger economy than the one she inherited.

The conservatives brought 3 million of the poorest out of paying any income tax at all. Labour removed the 10p tax rate . Which tax policy had the detrimental effect on the working class?

Again, you said nothing. If you wish to debate, then you must express some valid points, backed up back evidence

The NHS is a shining example of gross state overspend and inefficiency, yes. This is why patients like Kane Gorny literally die of thirst on wards everyday because NHS nurses (or the angels of death as some people dub them) deny patients even the most basic necessities like a glass of water.

But the NHS is a collectivist institution right? So it's alright when it breaks a few eggs in pursuit of that delicious socialist omlette. Hmmm it tastes so good.

I wouldn't waste your time with this one Dave. His response wont contain a valid argument. Your time would be better spent painting grass green.
