    It was my MiL's birthday.

    We had :-

    Breakfast :
French toast with mixed berry jam all made by me.
Latte using coffee beans I had specially ordered from Vietnam.

    I prepared everything.

    Lunch :
    Prawn and scallop cocktail.
Roast salmon with wild mushroom salad and roasted new potatoes.
    Tiramisu.

All prepared by me except the Tiramisu which was done by my missus.

    Dinner :

    Wild mushroom soup
Roast lamb with mashed swede, carrots and sweet potato, brussel sprouts and my special gravy.
    Chocolate Kahlua torte.

    All prepared by me

Seriously have no idea how you survive on that unless you're eating a **** load of veg and an entire packet of ham...

    Strawberries and kiwis
