Nor me. I'll try and sort it out now. I thought it might just be an issue for me, but it's obviously not

    Edit: Better?

If i'm ever going to be proven brilliant or a fool for wanting Gove as leader tonight is the night.

I think he'll be nervy at first but do fairly well.

I think that the expectations are probably quite low, so his performance will probably surprise many in a good way. I do think that he'll do well though.

To be honest, I'd probably like either Gove because of his reformist nature and his desire to see people do better (especially in education) or possibly May for her determination and drive. I'm not a fan of Osborne (he's too tainted by links to Cameron, who's becoming more a liability by the day) and think that Boris is entertaining, but not someone I'd want as PM. Yourself?

Gove for me. Boris is a disloyal opportunist who does not even believe in what he's saying. May is too traditional to be an election winner.

    .............

Gove is less nervous than i expected so far but the presenter is going for the jugular which may rattle him.

I just wish the presenter would let him speak - the constant interruption is rather tiresome though. The audience seem rather well-disposed to Gove (at least via the applause).

Yeah. Good to see Gove smile when he caught him out.

I don't think the audience is too important though in their reaction, by their nature they are politically interested and probably distributed by the last election results.

Oh the irony of Gove as Lord Chancellor complaining of an 'elite stitch up' on the remain side. He's part and parcel of the elite.

Gove is appalling, far worse than Cameron. He's barely given a straight answer tonight.

While i accept that the substance of his arguments is somewhat questionable at time i have to say that he comes off really well in the audience Q&A.

Seriously impressive argument over the EU presidents. Bring on the leadership election.

That's the slightly annoying thing, if only his arguments were slightly stronger, we'd see an extremely powerful performance here - he's great with the audience though.

I am happy Saracen's Fez is efficient at removing double votes, if the double ayes were not removed the outcome of V974 - Receipts Bill 2016 would be different.

Gove says 'count me out'.. i'd suggest that after this performance there may be a few MP's suggesting that he say 'count me in'.

My knowledge of Gove amounts to him ****ing up our education system even more than it already is and him holding a mop next to boris whilst wearing a ukip tshirt. For the record, I didn't watch the debate or whatever it was, don't care about his opinion.

Was very very weak on other questions and simply avoided them.

Would be suicide for the Tories to scoot off to the right and make him PM. Especially if Labour elect a centrist.
