    Twice a week? Legs are one of the biggest muscle groups.

    Use SL 5x5 train them every other day with heavy squats.

    I do legs once a week. I mix it up between squats, good mornings, leg press, hamstring curls, quad extensions, walking lunges and calf raises.

    Ah no. My relaxed hair is back to normal after a few months. I'm leaving it natural for a bit as the chemicals seemed to affect it adversely after awhile (dyes and relaxing products).

    I used to go 5 times a week and take a 2 day rest but now it's every other day I'm going or 2 days then rest and repeat. What's ur routine like?

    Basically you have a bar in front if you, and stretch forward, keeping your legs straight, bending lower until you feel the stretch in your hamstrings.

    I actually don't think they're called good mornings, but anyway!
