    One thing i love about my weight training for the RAF, im getting the body aswell which is always a nice bonus!

    Granted I could probably do with toning just a bit more, but meh.

    Yeah i had to work for it though, i was fairly skinny last year and was told i needed to be 58kg for the RAF, i'm now 62kg Thats a change in diet and doing weights and stuff!

    Oh God tell me you're not too tall please because if you are, then that makes me feel like a heffalump. I dunno my exact weight, but it varies around the 60/62kg mark...

    I'm at 61kg now I think, though I'm only 5ft 11". I think.

    I'm still losing weight though as I'm burning through 'baby fat'... Apparantly.

    I'm 6'2 and about 69kg [roughly 10 stone 6].


    I always get told [including by the RAF when I went for my medical] that I should aim to be about a stone heavier, but that I'm not unhealthy.
    My BMI is 19.3.

    The last Wii fit I was on told me my BMI was 19.9 I think. So it's all good, hopefully.

    (Can you tell this is one of the areas I'm paranoid about?)

    No idea what my BMI is, although I would say I have a 'slim' figure. I'm mainly running/gymming for the health benefits, fact that I (should) get a good body out of it is purely a bonus.

    Im 6ft 2 which is classed as underweight / healthy border :x
