You said couldn't even beat us.

Also after spending 250M in 2 seasons you should be. I was just assuming that a team that outspends the rest of the division by a country mile should win the title with ease.
Was referring to Arsenal being bottlers.

Stupid logic to use considering Chelsea have spent close to a billion since Roman has taken over and yet you've only won a handful of titles. You've also had world class mangers in that time and still failed to win.

We've had Moyes and Van Gaal as our managers...

It's the perfect time to bet against Arsenal, whether or not you're a fan. Actually, I'd have probably said that every day since the start of 2016 when they fluked to a win over a relegation team. More of the same on Wednesday please.

I just thought of all this in a different way. All big clubs have underperformed this season. So either, something particular has gone wrong internally at each of those clubs, or there is an external reason, e.g. the small clubs have become better relatively-speaking. I think the latter is actually more likely, because it's very unlikely for something to go wrong internally at all the big clubs at the same time.

So Arsenal is not a special case. (And it is unlikely to get better next season.)

I've been thinking this as well (obviously pure speculation). Walcott should go see a psychologist. (Perhaps every player should.)

It's 6 of one half a dozen of another.

United struggling to make it out of the group of CL and Chelsea being a point above relegation zone at Xmas are clearly internal issues. Liverpool well they bought Benteke with no idea on how to use him for the benefit of the team, Arsenal injuries and a bad defeat to Barcelona probably have affected them mentally. Sanchez ain't been the same since his injury e.g.

"Lose and it's over" is the motto for every league game we have left. Literally cannot afford even 1 more dropped point.

Watch how Arsenal just magically turn it on against Swansea and probably smash them 4-0 or something. It must be so frustrating being an Arsenal fan. This year is probably your best chance to end a 12 year league title drought and the players still seem to look like they'll bottle it.

It can go one of two ways, these last 11 matches. 2010-11 or 2012-13

Thing is, after Spurs away our run in is stupid easy. Only City away to worry about, and maybe West Ham away.

I said it 3 months ago, if we go into the last 8 games 5 points off top I think we'll win the league. I'm still backing that prediction

As the saying goes, we're always one loss away from a crisis.

You won't because the subsequent 10-0 defeat wouldn't look great, but you should really just play a second team at Barca to rest the first team for something you can actually win

Yeah when Napoli score in their stadium the place gets lit.

    Amazing scenes in that stadium.

Scariest fans is the Bayern fans, they go quiet then chant Muller at the top of their voices.

Actually Camp Nou may top that.
2012 CL Final, one of the best/loudest chants I've heard after Muller scored.

Saw this in the comments section and laughed at how accurate it was.

'I'm not sure about fear of failure. Arsenal as a team seem to have more of a fear of success. If Wenger could trick them into thinking they're mathematically out of the title race, they wouldn't lose another game this season'.

This guy might be onto something.
