It's much more time effective to do as many as you can, then leave about 30 seconds at the end for guessing the remainder. Otherwise you have to go over everything twice, which is much less efficient.
That's what I'm planning on doing :yep:

Is 30 seconds really enough to guess the rest though, especially with the whole scroll-down task in mind?

depends on how much Qs you have remaining I guess

Also, in the real thing, you dont have to scroll down as much as you do with the practice... Least thats what I found.

I used theee, Passing the UKCAT and BMAT book... Went through psychometric tests found on the net (plenty free), did a pinch of mental maths practice and of course Qs on the official site.

yeah, I'd say a minute - if you've got through them all in half that, you can spend the last 30secs having a go at the last question or two properly, so you're not just sitting there, having guessed all the questions (this is what I did - worked out pretty well!)

good luck to all!

It also depends if you are going to make complete guesses, without even looking at the question, or if you want to read the question and then make a guess.

it depnds on what the other applicants get, and how the unis valuse the UKCAT its only been running for two years so it should have just about as much pull as GCSE's at most places.

my average is 535,5 which is within the average, but there will be some applicants with score lowwer than 500.

and im doing the BMAT which is more important(for me as i wanna go UCL) and actually tests knowledge and application of a brain, unlike the UKCAT doing the test i felt like an idiot, i dont rember needing to use my brain at all.
