Don't know what to properly advise, except that you're not alone with frustrations about relationship-ness, if that's any consolation I think there's someone out there for you though, sadly I think that sometimes it can take a while to find 'em
Thanks That's very true, lol. I'm pretty tired of trying to find "the one," though. Maybe I'll just let the guys do their thang, hunting just leaves me feeling awful

Just to say, granted I am not totally normal myself, but I certainly wouldn't decide to not be with someone just cos they have their own issues and stuff. Not everyone is judgemental and stuff http://static.tsrfiles.co.uk/images/smilies/hugs.gif
That was really kind of you, thanks :hugs: Hope you're doing OK

From my point of view anyway (so it's not necessarily right), it seems like something isn't quite right in her life and caused her ending things abruptly that was seen. You deserve to know why she ended it though, cause from the way I see it, you did nothing wrong and adored her like no tomorrow.

If she doesn't give you an answer and/or is being mean about it, then she simply doesn't deserve you

I'm really sorry to hear this Odd Socks, I wish I could help in some way You're too amazing to feel like this :hugs:

I'm not too bad thanks. Still seem to be a bit down (because of the whole being single stuff too) but I'll be fine .

Yeah I know what you mean or sometimes my dad will comment/give a tip, and then it just gets so much more complicated in a way! Just increases the stress Hmm Have you done any motorway stuff? I really enjoyed my long trip on it in the end Though I went at a nice time/wasn't ever too busy

Yeah I'm not sure I used to live in harrogate :fyi: so vaguely know york/the area! Haha, I'm terrible with locations in general Though I avoided it even at GCSE Haha aww
Maybe There's a barber's quite nearby, so should probably just go there today or something - but always feels slightly scary to

How'd it go? I sort of enjoy tidying my room, once I get round to it - same sort of satisfaction as filing Luckily everything here still staying tidy, which is a relief
Yeah that's not a good feeling :nope: Usually you can pick anything you've forgotten cheap from wilkinsons or somewhere though Hope you're still doing okay :hugs:
yeah, like she doesn't do it nastily or anything, but it makes it awkward and it makes me feel like I'm a **** driver even though I know I'm not at all! nope I haven't even really been on a dual carriageway since I passed my test seven months ago oops!

hahah they're both in yorkshire, but I think it's in a different part of yorkshire i didn't do gcse, just the a level :dontknow:  haha yeah I think you should probably get your hair cut I totally understand though because I hate even going to my normal hair dressers (gonna be there for 3+ hours on wednesday )! still deciding whether or not to get quite a lot cut off (i have ridiculously long hair!)

I've managed to tidy about half, and I'm gonna tackle the rest tomorrow! I've got everything ready to pack, except clothes, so I'm gonna have to sort those out too! Moving away is so stressful and there's so much to remember haha! Cant wait to just get there though now and get stuck into freshers! Guess what?....
    Spoiler:
    Show
I DID SOME STATIONARY SHOPPING    I got a pretty bright green notebook (the one with the divided sections, which are also colour coordinated with coloured borders :coma:, some pens and pencils, and a diary (I had to get a plain silver one cos all the pretty ones were really expensive ) and I'm gonna do some more shopping on friday for more notebooks and coloured pens/highlighters/stapler etc

I'm feeling kinda crappy tonight, but I know that it's because i'm really really tired! Think I'm gonna get some toast and put on some music and chill out! How are you doing?

Does anyone else feel like their anxiety gets worse when they're tired? If I'm ever over worked, or just generally haven't had much sleep, my breathing is always a bit funny and my mood drops? Not sure if it's just a psychological thing that i've learnt to associate with anxiety or what :dontknow:

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad about being single, too I'm just gonna make a list of short-term goals to focus on at the moment to distract myself from it I think...

Another thing that helps (for me anyway) is not just trying to ignore being single but also doing things that improve my chances of a partner without getting too focused on it. So not doing stuff like ask people out but socialising more/improving my appearance by do stuff like go to the gym? That might help you too, hope it does :hugs:

I find it goes hand in hand with tiredness/boredom. My mind needs stimulated and if it isn't it just makes me anxious to get some adrenaline I think.

Depends, if you go to bed when you don't feel ready to sleep you'll just lie there dwelling all your attention on negative thoughts, and probably won't get to sleep anyway. Better to stay up and stay entertained until you're tired. Unless you're willing to put a lot of hard work into rejigging your sleeping pattern (which is super hard, I've tried!).

I've realised that just because you should sleep early and wake up early it doesn't mean it's practical or even possible for everyone, sometimes you just have to accept your body isn't capable of that. It's the same for a lot of things in life. Just because society expects it, it doesn't mean you're capable of it and often we just have to deal with that inequality.

Probably just stress, I get that sometimes, along with heart palpitations. I'd not worry, it's harmless if it bothers you regularly enough though SSRIs seemed to get rid of that for me, could be worth a look at?
