    dont think we've learnt it, aggravated criminal damage is a life sentence, thats all ive found, i think robbery is 7 years

    So you need 54 ums which I think is a high D. I need 50 so hope that helps! For an A you need virtually full marks.

    Better to get some sleep, than try cramming, especially if you're tired.

    I find bullet point works for me when I wake up.

    You need the mens rea for theft and the intention or recklessness as to the threat or use of force.

    Yeah with intention to use force or cause victim to fear force
