    Tea: chicken dhansak and mushroom rice, a couple of weird chocolate and mint pringles

    Breakfast: aldi choc pillows and semi skimmed milk (yuk-only thing we had for breakfast!:
    Snack: strawberry yoghurt
    Lunch: ham and brown sauce sandwich on brown bread, half a mini Cornish pasty, bit of cheesecake
    Snack: cereal bar, apple, satsuma
    Dinner: fish in pasta with tomatoes and spinach, apple pie with some creme fraiche, two cinnamon pringles (weird!)

    8 boiled eggs and 4 slices of toast with a cup of coffee
    Bowl of oats with protein shake
    Tin of tuna with some potatoe salad
    Salmon with roasted veg
    250g cottage cheese and pint of milk
    Protein shake and some quark
    Fish and chips with curry sauce (come at me bro)

    Plus 8 pints of water throughout the day, dream bulk
