You lose a cup final. Three days later you host the team that beat you in that final, and win. I think we've heard that before
    Pls don't remind me
This game isn't over. We lost on Sunday so all we can do is try our hardest to get revenge.

Making it to half time at 2-0 is huge. Please don't concede.

That last ditch block by Flanagan was absolutely world class. I legitimately expected 2-1 when Aguero dragged both CBs to him.

He has completely neutralised Sterling. Unreal defensive display.

Really frustrating that with an obviously weaker squad, we've absolutely dominated the same City side that we faced on Sunday.
That being said, that game is done and all we can do is win this one.

Pressing has been exceptional and our passing has been lovely. We struggled to create until we scored the first goal but really turned it on since.

Flanagan has been absolutely exceptional and Lovren has been a rock. Clyne is really struggling though both defensively and going forward which worries me.

Don't worry, I'm sure we will have many more finals under Klopp.

It's just how it is man.

We've been excellent today but we were still good on Sunday. I just think City's experience was the difference.
Annoying that with Sturridge/Coutinho we didn't do this well though.

These 3 points are huge though; we need a EL place

Typical.. lose when we want to win/should win and then go on to win when we shouldn't.

Could Man City lose out on 4th place to Man Utd/West Ham?

I'd say Arsenal are in more danger of losing their CL spot tbh. They have Spurs at the weekend and they're certainly not favourites for that. Lose there and a United win against WBA and it'll only be 1 point in it.
